20 - 25 Years ago, a company named Genomex found a way to alter the DNA of fetus to help save the babies from some sort or birth defects. But in there teens these children started showing signs of greater changes. Some of there bodies changed the altered DNA, giving them powers. Depending on what was wrong while in their mother is how they got powers. Once Genomex saw what was happening they stopped and made the GSA, a group of people who go out and find these 'altered' people called 'New Mutants' and bring them back. But the GSA nor Genomex expected them to band together and take a stand....
